Air emission standards for large ships

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to set standards for emissions of air pollutants from US-flagged large ships, such as oil tankers and cargo vessels.  The EPA Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: Control of Emissions from New Marine Compression-Ignition Engines at or Above 30 Liters per Cylinder, was signed on June 26.
